Excellent Manchego cheese of Spain is used to elaborate our delicious, unique handmade cheese ganache. Perfect for wine and cheese board. It has been awarded with 2 stars at the 2018 Great Taste awards.
Some of our judges’comments write: “ A well prepared fig with a smooth ganache which has a distinct Manchego character. When eaten on its own the ganache is a little too ‘cheesy’ however when eaten as a whole the fig does have balance. These offer a very different eating experience – sweet, savoury, smooth, popping fig seeds, all wrapped up in melting chocolate.”
