Think Mediterranean is producer of handcrafted traditional Spanish dried fruit and nut cakes. Our products are present in more than 20 countries.

Our passion is to convert the finest raw materials carefully harvested in their traditional regions – Pajarero Figs from Extremadura, Almonds, Oranges and Chocolate from Valencia, Dates from North Africa, Apricots from Turkey – into outstanding products.

An evidence of our quality is the medals obtained at the 2017 and 2018 Great Taste Awards.
